Recuperation and restoration of a building constructed in the 1920´s, by the design of the architect Pardal Monteiro, with the objective to transforme it in museum and event room.

Included in a global área of 4.200m² the rehabilitation consists in works in golden carving, recreation of sculptural pieces, solid marble columns, typical stained-glass windows of that time, bronze and copper pieces, amongs others.
