Demolitions, Foundations, Structures, Finishes and Specialties for the reconstruction of a building, with preservation of the façades, destined to Housing and Commerce in Rua da Rosa no. 51 a 57 and Rua Luz Soriano no. 44 a 52 in Lisbon, consisted of the total internal demolition and containment of the facades of an old set of three buildings and the construction of a new building constituted by 4 elevated floors with an area of implantation of 378,92 m2, gross building area of 1356 m2, total habitable area of 706.20 m2 and commercial area of 251.80 m2, divided into 12 housing fractions of typologies from T0 to T3 and 3 stores.
