Reconstruction and change of building of mid 19th century, located in Praça dos Restauradores in Lisbon, with 5 floors, intended for housing and commerce.

Resistant interior walls of staircase box and frontal have been preserved or reinforced.

Pavements, walls, stairs, roof and facilities for water, sewage, electricity, telecommunications, fire safety and mechanics were built.
