Alecrim 24 Building
Stone Capital
Building with “Pós-Pombalina” structure, consisting of ground floor and 5 floors, with fronts to Rua do Alecrim and Rua do Ferragial.
The intervention consisted of the interior reformulation of the building at levels 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 and mansard (use of the cover), with floor 0 to trade and the remaining floors to residential use, with 9 fractions and typologies T1 to T3.
At the facade level, the intervention was carried out throughout the building, qualifying and preserving its image and characteristics.
Considering the location of the building, near Baixa-Chiado, Praça do Comércio and Praça Luís de Camões, its configuration and visual relation with the river and the city, with a view to its affectation to the store and to the fractions of housing, understood the functional organization of the typologies should be oriented towards the medium-high segment of the residential market.
