Rehabilitation and conversion of the former Araújo Porto Institute to the Corporate Headquarters of Misericórdia do Porto.

Structural reinforcement, addition of new structures, rehabilitation and execution of new window frames, elements of interior carpentry, cladding, lighting were carried out, as well as the provision, by space, of conditions adjusted to the performance of the functions associated with the departments that will integrate the building, the which leads to a thermal, acoustic and visual comfort improvement based on the introduction of home automation, air conditioning and CMS (Central Management System) for centralized control of the entire building. At the same time, a backyard parking with 43 spaces was introduced, a room for employees, and the existing pavilion was rehabilitated to accommodate the new auditorium.

This Rehabilitation received the National Award for Urban Rehabilitation 2017 (in the Trade and Services category).
