• Operations department project management - As part of the ongoing process of permanently updating the building, as well as managing the maintenance of the Freeport Lisboa Fashion Outlet leisure and commercial complex and some alterations, this service includes CONSULTANCY, in the analysis of all the alterations that may be introduced, verifying the suitability of the planned solutions and their compliance with the applicable legal and regulatory provisions, but also procurement, supervision, health and safety coordination and environmental management.
• Refurbishment of the Freeport Lisboa Fashion Outlet - Project Management services for the refurbishment of the Freeport Lisboa Fashion Outlet in Alcochete, namely the landscaping of Av. Do Sol, refurbishment and repair of the façade of the N4 building, refurbishment of the south façade and underground lobby (-1), construction of the Central Square toilets, repair of leaks in the entire underground parking lot (-1), expansion of the outdoor parking lot (north), refurbishment/repair of the façade of the N2 building and technical monitoring of other interventions.
• Audit of Freeport Lisboa Fashion Outlet's HVAC equipment and respective report.
• Execution of specialty projects for the KARL LAGERFELD store.
• Analysis of the specialty projects for the new stores to be integrated into Freeport Lisboa Fashion Outlet
• Feasibility study for the implementation of automatic sliding doors in all Freeport Lisboa Fashion Outlet stores and respective report.
• Thermal behavior study of a specific type of store and respective report.
• Procurement of the Freeport Lisboa Fashion Outlet North Exterior Park.
